Watch your child grow taller with confidence! This program focuses on powerful anti-bullying and self-defense techniques, instilling discipline and life skills that last far beyond the mat.

Juniors (Ages 10-14)
Set your teen up for success! This class introduces the full spectrum of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on self-defense, sport applications, and building the confidence and discipline they need to thrive.
